Superfood Smoothie for Toddlers (and Adults Too)
2 cups organic rice, almond, or coconut milk (or a combination)
a handful of strawberries, blueberries or raspberries
1 scoop hemp protein powder
1 tbs bee pollen
1 tbs greens (chlorella, spirulina, blue green algae or VitaMineral Green)
1 tbs chia seeds
1 tsp raw honey (if needed for added sweetness)
Simply blend for a few minutes and serve. The avocado will thicken the smoothie a lot, so it can even be eaten with a spoon for little ones.
